Genomica

Genomica is an analysis and visualization tool for genomic data, which can integrate gene expression data, DNA sequence data, and gene and experiment annotation information. Using Genomica, you can do the following:

• Characterize expression data using gene sets (create a module map)
• Identify regulatory networks from expression data (create a module network)
• Find which functional groups are enriched in gene set
• Browse and analyze results in chromosomal coordinates with the Genome browser

Since Genomica is a self-signed Java application you will need to add http://genie.weizmann.ac.il to your Java security exception site list to allow it to launch from a browser.
