GenomeSpace moving to Galaxy's production serversWe will be transitioning the Galaxy instance used by GenomeSpace to the main Galaxy server at usegalaxy.org at noon on Wednesday October 24. Up to now GenomeSpace has been pointed to their test instance at https://test.g2.bx.psu.edu/root. We recommend that you save your data from the Galaxy Test server to GenomeSpace before that time. On the public Galaxy server you will need to associate your GenomeSpace credentials to your public Galaxy account or create a new Galaxy account if you do not already have one on that server. Data left on the Galaxy test server after this time will be subject to Galaxy's default retention policy and will remain available for a short time at the test URL, though this will not be launchable from GenomeSpace.
